Upcoming Parliamentary Elections in Lebanon

Requirements

1. Must be at least 21 years old by end of March 2009 and registered on the Voters List.
   You can verify your registration on the voters list by visiting http://www.dgps.gov.lb.
2. Must be registered as a voter in Al-Matn, Zahle, Beirut-1 or Beirut-2.
3. Must have either a valid Lebanese passport or a new ID (Haouieh)
4. Must fill out an application form.
5. Must be available to arrive in Lebanon no later than June 4th, 2009.

Passports (Renewal or New Passport)

Fill out a Passport Application Form and present it with the following documents:

1. Actual passport with 1 photocopy of the first three pages.
2. Recent Personal civil registration (Ikhraj Kayd Fardy) or Lebanese ID (Hawiya) with 2 photocopies.
3. Recent Family civil registration (Ikhraj Kayd Aely) with 2 photocopies.
4. The 2 fingerprinted identification cards.
5. 4 photos (Passport size).
