Armenian Senior's Club

The Armenian Seniors’ Club operates out of the Armenian Community Centre with its membership of over 120 members. The organization is dedicated to being a social organization for its members as well as a major fund raising group for other activities within the Centre.

The membership gets together every Tuesday at the Centre where they socialize and get caught up in the weeks events as well as play games such as Bingo. The elected committee of the Seniors Club puts together a trip everymonth where 50 to 60 participants take part in the excursions. They have been on various trips such as their recent trip in June to Atlantic City NJ.

On July 27th they have a trip planned to Peterborough where they will go on a boat cruise through the Trent Canal System, a visit to the Kawartha Downs Slots and finish the day off with a relaxing cup of coffee at a lake side cottage.

In August, they are planning a trip to go to Leamington where they will visit the St Anthony’s Parish- Our Lady of Lebanon Shrine and then off to Windsor for dinner and spending the night before heading back home to Toronto.
